As business travelers, we were impressed by the recent refurbishment, the tranquil decor, and the extremely friendly and helpful staff. The upgrade to the honeymoon suite, with its stunning views, ornate four-poster bed, and luxurious amenities, was a delightful surprise. The location, beautiful grounds, and lovely wedding setup added to the overall appeal.
Felt really good, no reason to complain.

The room at Highfield Hall was just what I needed after a long day of exploring. It had a comfy bed that engulfed me in a cloud of relaxation. I loved the cozy atmosphere it created, making me feel right at home. And oh, did I mention the kettle? Perfect for enjoying a warm cuppa in the mornings!
Honestly, if I had to pick one thing I liked less, it would be the limited view from the room. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

Beautiful location and recently refurbished rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and tranquil decor. Upgraded to an amazing honeymoon suite with stunning views, elegant furnishings, and luxurious amenities. Great shower and bathroom. Set in beautiful grounds.
Felt fine, nothing too much trouble.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. The room itself was beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a good shower and bathroom, and beautiful views from the window. The location was also impressive, set on stunning grounds. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, staff service, and facilities.

The location of this hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds and lovely views from the rooms. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing a warm welcome and excellent service throughout our stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a good shower and bathroom facilities. The continental breakfast, although lacking some options, was still enjoyable and satisfying.
The approach to the hotel could use some improvement, as the plants and entrance area appeared untidy and neglected.
